Sir suffering from mental Stress and losing sleep every night I'm sleeping for 3 to 4 hrs. Losing my interest in work. Losing concentration. Looking for help.

Due to exam stress,i can't sleep at night for last 7- 8 days. But i am sleep for 6 hr during day time. Do i need medical advice or sleeping tablet. I tried a lot but not able to fall sleep at night. Please some positive suggestions

I am not able sleep for the whole night because of mobile. I am constantly trying avoid using mobile but i don't know somehow I end up using it. And sometimes my urine smells for consuming less water. Is it normal.

Am suffering wit depression And Anxiety disorder wit too much fearing.I hav taken allopathic and Homeopathic medicine.but medicine is not effecting me much..Allopathic medicine is worked but Am getting side effects and When i take medicine at that time only am fine..AM CONFUSING WHERE IS MY PROBLEM??AND WHY AM SUFFERING WITH DIS PROBLEM??PLSSS HELP ME

Every night before I go to sleep, I usually get interrupted in the middle of my thoughts or as i am sleeping by a sudden fear , guilt , sadness that seem to come out of no where . I panic so much that my heart starts to beat faster than ever , I feel like I am lost and I just want to cry . There are a lot of things that I think of during the day that upset me but usually I let them go until the night time when I am about to sleep and suddenly this just come to my mind and they freak me out and then I can't sleep for another 10 minutes or so . Usaulh ir would be about my concerns about the future or how will my life be and what I will do and that I wouldn't live for too long or what if I die , what if my family members died what if I never achieve my goals and end up depressed and all those stuff and thoughts make my heart beat fast and I don't know what to do . This has been going on for about 2 weeks now but every night it worsens kind of .

I'm taking lithium myself after consulting many psychiatrists for 3 years. I'm on Nexito20 from years +Licab600 from last 2 months without much improvement and side effects like thirst. How can I taper it down??

I have been facing problem to see repeatedly such as watching t.v and other things which have not seen earlier. Fear coming unnecessarily without reason and causing sleeping disturbance. I made contact with neurosurgeon who diagnosed that I am suffering in ocd and prescribed to take flutop 40 and nexito forte. Pl suggest is there any side effects

I have lost interest in most of the things I have to do. I continuously feel scared about my inability to take care of my family in future. I think I have just wasted my career by not learning things that are required to survive today and in future. I fear coming to office and also feel scared talking to people.

Could blood clots in periods be due to Pexep or Clonafit? This is my first period since I started the medication.

Is there any proper solution of anxiety disorder,fear of death and negativity,without or with medicine.
