I am on high dose of medicine solian 400 mg twice a day and pacitane 2mg from past 6 months.my doubt is can I still have schizophrenia symptoms? Schizophrenia was recognized 3 years before.now no serious issues .but being on medicine can schizophrenia develop once again?

I had taken tablets attached prescription almost  2 months .but from last 1 month i am not taking it.now i am facing problem of hedachness not able to do study properly Pls suggest me to overcome these problem.

Sir, i am a ocd patient. Doctor prescribed me sertraline 100 mg. After 3 month, doctor change the dose upto 150 mg. Can i take it. I am worried about side effects.
