We are in a relationship for 2 years. Recently he started crying over his ex. He doesn't want to go back to her,he doesn't want to break up with me.sometimes thinking about marriage, I'm from North,he is from South..he is afraid wat if his parents won't accept me.after dat he starts to avoid me ,stops talking.dn he becomes normal after few days.dn again thinks about marriage. I asked him to go back to his ex if he wants her n he becomes Happy. He got angry vd me. Idk wat he wants.crying over ex, doesn't want to leave me.. making things more complicated . I don't know wat he really wants. Y is he doing this. He is telling his friends dat he is worried about future,he can't hurt me in future if his parents won't accept,so he is behaving like dat. To me he is showing he is missing his ex, putting status for her, trying to call her. All this made me think that he wants her,so I asked to go back to her,if needed I VL talk to her.i want him to be happy. He gets angry on me for ds.help me out

Hello I have been taking nexito 10 mg- one tablet in morning and one at night along with oxetol 150. This is the second time i have been prescribed nexito and i am again observing cleanliness OCD being triggered. Is this a known side effect? Fludac didnt help me and hence the doctor got me back on nexito. But the OCD is driving me crazy

What could be the best way to cop up with any kind of mental stress? Small things which makes too much thoughts into mind sometimes negative or sometimes positive,life is unpredictable

From few days I feel like my relationship is not working and I feel it's getting toxic for me. And this is affecting my mental health. What should I do to improve my mental health?

I took ayurvedic meds for severe depression after nexito didn't give any result. Ayurvedic meds made me 90% alright in 4-5 months like many others, I stopped it coz doctor told me u will get alright in 3 months. I continued in small doses. I thought it will not work then I took Nexito20,then flutee60 with side effects which didn't help and I stopped it but after stopping it I had severe anxiety and became much more depressed. I started Nexito20 and ayurvedic again, when I taper Nex15 I become very depressed and anxious. It makes my digestion weak and my condition become worse while taking it. I want to just be on my Ayurvedic meds. Can anyone plz tell me that how can I taper and stop. Should I take flutee20 coz I think it had some adverse reaction on my body when I left it. Plz reply in detail. Parth Nagda sir if u can also. I'm suffering alot.

Hello mam/sir. its my week 2 on PAROXETINE 12.5. having issues like brain fog, heaviness ,lazy, tired etc. though it helps in anxiety issue but,i having anxiety feels comfortable thn current zombie like head. (earlier doc tried FLUOXETINE, SERTRALINE, ESCITALOPRAM ,they affected my learning abilities ,they didn't suit either,so doc switched to PAROXETINE now) issues like brain fog,lack of emotion,etc would it improve with time or SSRI is not suiting me. thanks

I am a student and remains at home daily. I am unable to have sound sleep despite having a fixed sleep schedule 10 PM to 5 AM. There are always unwanted thoughts in mind while sleeping i.e. no deep sleep and on waking up there is a mild headache which sometimes remains throughout the day. Please guide me on this as its a persistent issue now. NOTE : I exercise daily in morning including 15-20 mins of Yoga

If i take mood stabilizers and stimulants would it be dangerous?as i need the stimulants for study purpose.???

I'm suffering from depression from almost 4 years. I have taken many meds till now but I'm not 100% recovered. My doctor gave me escitalopram20 with deveniz 50 last month. I felt some improvement. Now he is adding 150mg bupropion in it. Is it safe? Can it cause serotonin syndrome? Help plz

Hi mam/sir currently i have been prescribed PAROXETINE 12.5 for my anxiety issues, though its working little bit but i am having brain fog and lazyness issue,i feel sleepy kind of. plz advice how can i over come this lazyness issue,its affecting my UPSC prep. I don't feel fresh anymore. plz advice some solution or med or multivitamin etc. thanks
