Lack of Concentration and Hopelessness
Hi, I'm 28 and married. 1. I don't know why but I'm always careless about everything especially about my CAREER. 2. I'm ALWAYS troubled while making DECISIONS. 3. I won't say I'm depressed but I rarely find anything interesting. I like to stay alone and use MOBILE all the time. 4. I'm not consistent about my commitments like to sleep for less time and wake up early, to use mobile less times, to study and concentrate about the subject. WHOM SHOULD I CONSULT IN THIS CASE? a PSYCHIATRIST or PSYCHOLOGIST or THERAPIST? OR What should I do?

Hi Thanks for reaching out First you need to be evaluated for depressive symptoms which any mental health professional can do. Your staying in mobile all the time is a sign that you want to escape your confusion and reality. You may find hard to make decisions. Now it can be due to no. Of factors your low confidence pressure from people around etc. I think you will benefit from therapy consult a psychotherapist for same online or in person. You will be ok dont worry. All the best

Your problem is something which many youth are experiencing now a days . To help you further the information provided is not enough although I would like to suggest you to first of all get yourself evaluated by a psychiatrist and even before that do a scheduling for yourself and follow a daily schedule .
