Deal with frustration by our own
I could realize that I am probably facing a kind of depression. I want to break the cycle of negative thoughts stucked in past and start a positive, constructive action in my life. It doesn't matter how small it is, but I want a consistent positive change in my daily routine. If I dont want to consult a counselor right now , instead try to do something by my own, How could I do it ? From where should I start ?
