Hello, Occasional feeling of anxiety, is a normal part of everyday life, even when nothing major has to happen in the future. But when there is a situation which is really challenging, then anyone can get impacted. Anxiety is an indication that the mind has a severe impact of some fearful thoughts about the future. These thoughts are related to anticipated demands and pressures that are likely to happen in the future. Although a minimum level of anxiety is needed, so that a person remains connected to the motive. But when the level of anxiety increases and crosses a limit, then it starts impacting the functionality of the person. A question arises that “Why is this anxiety happening to you ?”. Your answer to this will be “i do not know”.  In reality, there are few fears which may be known to you. But a lot of them may not be known to you. The truth is that the situation you are in as of now, is actually passive, but your mind perceives the fear of future which is the source of this anxiety. This fear of future is based on some deep thoughts that are stored in your subconscious mind. This does not mean that if someone else is in a similar situation, he or she  will not feel anxious. But surely, the intensity will depend on the way the mind thinks. It has to do with ‘how your mind imagines the future’. We understand when the mind is not at peace, it becomes difficult to thrive. And living every day is merely following a schedule and this way of living adds to the pressure more and more. In such situations, we start becoming confused about our own self and everything around. And further, all this leads to a whole of related mental and emotional problems which affect work productivity, physical health, mental order and even creates conflicts in family.  However, now when it is hampering your daily life, it certainly needs to be addressed. The good news is that there are ways to recover from this state of unnecessary pain.  It is important for you to know that the biggest problem behind your experiencing anxiety and stress is your unconscious thinking.
