Pent up frustration
I have had a lot of issues with my boyfriend over the course if last 5 months. Now he understood the issues and working on it but I just cant seem to let of that pent up anger and frustration. And I fight and says bad things so that I can feel better but I dont feel good even after that. And after a while I again feel the need to convey and says bad stuff to him. What do I do??
