First of all, please understand anger, frustration, loneliness, jealousy are NORMAL human emotions. We cant and are not supposed to get rid of them, rather we need to learn to control them.
Here are my few pieces of advice for you:
1. There are certain personality types that are prone to being extremely angry, fearful of loneliness and getting easily depressed. There are modalities of psychotherapies available for them.
2. Anger and mood management training can help you learn managing your mood.
3. You also need to get yourself evaluated for any other co-existant mental health issues.
