Too much anger violent and lack of sleep
My son is showing too much anger and aggression.He doesnot want to go out and he sleeps for only 4 hrs.what to do to reduce his anger violence and increase his sleep

Anger outburst/aggression could a symptom to various psychiatric illness, psychological issue or even secondary to hormonal abnormalities. Irritability with reduced sleep could be associated with mania, personality traits, hyperactivity etc. Thus a detailed history evaluation of symptoms and behaviour is required to understand symptomatology and diagnosis.
