Suffering from chronic anxiety disorder from 2013-16 and again in 2019.. medication not really helping. It's daily suffering and panic attacks causing a lot of mental problem

Chronic anxiety disorder can be OCD also, so please consult psychiatrist for proper diagnosis and further management.
