Highly unlikely. How long back were you administered the anaesthesia? What symptoms now?

Hi If it is drug induced, you need not worry as it will be only for short period and will subside without much intervention, still if you feel like disabled out of symptoms you can get treatment for your anxiety.
Next Steps
make sure that the obsessions or compulsions were not there before the use of the drug thought to be responsible. This is because there are different types of obsessive compulsive disorders, and if the symptoms were there before the substance use, it probably isn't the substance/medication-induced type of OCD
Health Tips
please consult psychiatrist or psychologist if you are not getting better or things are becoming difficult to manage.

Anesthesia can cause changes in mental status in fact ketamine an aesthetic has been used for treatment of depression as far as ocd is concerned it is not an established disorder due to anesthesia use. You having ocd can not be contributed to anaesthesia use.
Next Steps
see a psychiatrist and get treated for ocd.
