Hi
Your illness is more of anxiety for which you are getting too many medicines already, if you practice mindfulness and relaxation techniques along with medicines you will be easily coming out of this problem. Medicines are never longterm, you can take on and off under doctor supervision. If you practice non pharmacological management like mindfulness, relaxation and lifestyle changes you can reduce the medicine load and ofcourse the side effects burden and dependency over medicines.
Next Steps
for practicing mindfulness and relaxation you can consult any psychologist or psychiatrist or you can practice at home watching you tube videos or joining yoga.
Health Tips
Daily Physical Exercise (e.g. Walking, Tennis, Aerobics, Bicycling)
Establish good Sleep Hygiene
Consider new hobbies
Avoid harmful intakes
Avoid Alcohol use
Avoid Tobacco use
Avoid Caffeine
Avoid Substance Abuse

Since how long are you on these medicines? The doses of all 3 are less. What can be tried is to give 1 medicine in adequate dose, if that doesn't work then start the second medicine. All 3 at the same time may be a problem. Also, dose adjustments are needed.
Hi
It will take time but you will be better
Give Atleast 2more weeks for medicine to show its effect
Also please go for therapy session along with medifine
Consult with me or any psychologist for therapy and counseling online or in person for anxiety management
