I am having ocd and taking escitalopram 40mg and having too much side effects like too much gas and unusual dreams. Should I reduce it to 20mg or continue taking 40???

I find difficulty in getting proper sleep...due to this feeling inactiveness in mind..how to cure this

I feel sad and hopeless all the time. Sometimes I manage to overcome these but again I go back. I can see I've increased smoking and other addictive substances. There's a lot that has been going on and I feel suicidal. I don't want to talk to anyone, and I've distanced myself from my friends. I don't find the things interesting anymore which I once used to. I want to recover everything and have a normal life. I don't know whether I should consult a Psychologist or a Psychiatrist. Please help me.

I have taken 5 meds in 5 years for depression and then I was taking 20mg for an year. It was not helping in depression and caused severe indigestion so I asked doc. He said take 10mg for 10 days then stop. It's 17th day. After 10th day I took 5mg 4 times alternatively coz I was feeling uncomfortable so that depression should not come back. Can I stop it completely now? I have already extended 7 days. I'm getting bit depressed and anxious a bit sometimes coz of which I start taking it again. Can u plz tell me that when will.these symptoms stop?

6 months past I am not sleep well due to past thinking on that day my wife suffering shortbreath in hospital emergency...they not to treat properly Until her death...I look all ..her last time,difficult to breath in hospital..this thinking comes in my mind I feel guilty to unable to save her life.. Hello due to my business losses i have a lot of tension also my nature is anxietic right now depression is there taking all the medicines..helping for anxiety but cant sleep at all everyday sleep by 3am also have nasal allergic issues sleep is a major problem please help

I was on antidepressants and alprazolam from last one and half year. From last four months I'm taking only alprazolam 0.25mg. Actually I'm talking half of 0.25per day. But i dont know my major symptoms are serve neck and head tightness...i also check my cervical spond all is ok

I seem to be angry all the time. I can be angry for the smallest reason possible. This is hampering my relationship and I am not understanding. I tend to have lost patience and can't get rid of negative thoughts. I usually feel depressed if things are not done my way, but I fail to tell anybody. I can't fall asleep easily. Sometimes I am very happy and sometimes I feel like ending my life. What's the matter with me? How can I resolve it?
