I lack focus and i think i suffer from ADHD. Also I have mood swings and tend to cry even when I don't exactly realise the reason why. How to cure ADHD and mood swings without taking external medicines and be able to focus and relax?

Sir, i am taking risperidone 2 mg. But after taking it, i am feeling impotency. But when i take another antipsychotics, like amisulpride, quetiapine they are not working in my case. What should i do.

Sometimes my mom taking lonely and also talk repeated talks. Memory is good but why this behaviour?. In past, all was well. But suddenly don't know why this kind of things happens. We checked up with psychiatrist and took medicine but nothing happened. Please give helpful advice

I am in final year of engineering and am not able to focus at all. My mind is always distracted and even when i am doing one work i think of something else and then start to do something else and thus does not complete anything properly. I sometimes feel scattered as well. What to do?

Since 1yr Ive been taking ipill.My concern is this yr i had some serious moodswings bt i took them casually until recently i observed that since last 2 months I didnt take any ipill and my mental health was completely stable bt 6days back i took an ipill n justafter1 day I experienced my first breakdown.Now how it feels, its like im working,calm and suddenly something small(not worth issue)triggers me n theres an outburst of a shrill static kind of high pitched noise which keeps gettin loud until it physically hurts my head n all i want to do is cry scream or hurt myself until that sound stops. When it stops i feel confused for feeling that way. It hasn't stopped since then(4-5 days)time to time my mind starts to feel restless n negative thoughts cover me until i shout,cry n i feel helpless even in that phase but it doesn't stop until someone calms me down or when theres no one i keep feeling that way until the sound fades away automatically. Is it related to ipill or something else?

Do yoga and pranayam practice decrease sleep quota? Does it happen? U need less sleep if u practice yoga and pranayam

Hello Doctors, I am on Paroxitine 25 mg for 2 month and i was havin some problem . That's why my psychiatrist change the med to Sertraline 100 for 1 week and then for 200 mg. Is it okay to take 200 mg?

Is Sertraline is a good medicine for anxiety and depression? Sertraline or paroxitine which is better?
