I have an OCD for Rabies , for which I am taking SSRI drugs. Recently I got a trigger regarding buying, preparing and eating goat meat, while having a minute cut on tongue caused due to my own teeth may spread rabies infection or it is just my OCD. Unable to get clear that it is real or just OCD . Please guide. Thanks.

My hair are white due to anxiety and constipation . my gastro doctor first prescribe only keraglo men but it not work. Then he suggest nurobion forte twice with Cipcal and fiber at night but he still effect only 50% . kindly suggest best nerve supplement for white hair.

From last 1year , I am felling like their is no interest in life, low mood lack of concentration, for this my doctor had prescribed  clomipramine 10 mg at morning and night but when i take this at night i don't get sleep , pls tell what to do?

I am unable to sleep in the night, have tried some remedies like sleep stories, relaxing music et which helped initially, now it's of no use. I have lost interest in my day to day activities. I literally feel like doing nothing. It feels like everything is superficial and my existence really doesn't matter.

I m frustrated with my mood i get angry on things very fast, even i m lost , i expect too much but i dont get that the things in return so it made me angry upset , after knowing also about that person nature that he or she is the person who doesn't bother but still I expect too much.... i think lot of things negative n it twist my mind n make me sad unhappy n angry ... i try not say to anyone for what they have done to me but my face expression n my way of talking shows them that i m angry or happy with them .
