Which is better for low self esteem , low confidence , anxiety, over thinking? Hypnotherapy or CBT?

I have show gastro,dermatologist and psychiatrst. I have CALCIUM and iron absoption problem due to I have little ulcer in mouth and sometime hand and around thigh inflammation. Psychiatrst says gastro problem,Gastro says behcets disease, dermatologist also say IBs . who will solve. Pls suggest medicine with time to take.

Please suggest any single TABLET which contain multivitamin nurobion forte with methycobal 1500mcg . I have CALCIUM absorb problem only this suit.

Hi I eat a lot like need to eat a lot. Idk why.I just crave fast food all the time. I also have anxiety. I eat a lot even if I am not hungry. Pls suggest a tablet to end the cravings.

These nightmares threaten personal safety , sometimes paranormal activities while they are related to deaths as well  . Occuring from years but the frequency has been increased now . The person tries to come out of it . He knows that people are next to him but he is unable to call for help or move that time .lack of speech .impacts even after getting up ... please suggest

I am facing retrospective jealousy for my girlfriend's past. I want to be with her but these thoughts have taken over my brain. I feel pukish, heavy headed and nausiatic once these thoughts strike my Brian and a time comes I become brain dead because I try to counter all these thoughts by her present behavior which is just amazing and loving. Unable to stay sleep even for five minutes every night. Benadryl and cetzine help to fall asleep.. but in five min sleep is gone.. need help with staying asleep.. its been almost six months since proper 4 hours sleep a night.. max sleep these days is only 15 min
