I m feeling very low...not able to talk properly with anyone...mind is not working...don't know in which world I am...how to come out of this

Am too much alcoholic. Want to left, trying to left but cant. Please tell me how can i do it. In 2016-2017 i was alcoholic, den suffered fatty liver problems. That time i totally quit alcohol for 7-8 months but now again addicted. Please guide me, i want to alive better. Thank you.

I have show gastro,dermatologist and psychiatrst. I have CALCIUM and iron absoption problem due to I have little ulcer in mouth and sometime hand and around thigh inflammation.
