I have confusion, i get confused easily, can't think or concentrate. I get confused in public places which are new and mind stops functioning like its blocked from outside. I also can't receive any information when i read anything or someone is explaining me something. I have severe short term memory problems. I forget everything within minutes like the place from which i arrived, i forget its name. I Forget people's names, shop names etc which i visited. I find it difficult to understand what others are saying. My reflexes become very slow. Its like my mind has stopped functioning. So, it gives me a feeling of confusion and brain fog. I don't know what to do and what this problem is. It is persistent and never improves. So, my work and social life is affected. Please help.

He lives with is dad.His parents are separated. His mom lives with someone else. But he gets proper support & attention from his mom dad & also from that new person for a long time.He had lot of girls in his life.He loved someone but their relation didn't work because of his ego anxiety. Then he started taking drugs. Then he went to some psychiatrist and comes out of it. After that he kept a pet. last year he died accidentally. But he blames himself & feels guilty for his death. Then he joined wipro. But he wasn't satisfied with the job and the location as well. Recently he resigned from the job. We are in a relation for 8 months. For some months he becomes angry irritated very easily. When I try to discuss anything about his mistakes he becomes furious he starts to find my mistakes then argues. He used to say I don't understand. Mybe can't move on easily from probs as I can.That's why maybe I don't understand depth of his situation.I want to help him out.I need some permanent solution

I have tinitus in right ear and I have been under treatment. Some time even though there is no sound in my inner ear still I have been stressed and m keep thinking that sound... I couldn't focus on my daily activities and please advise anyone.

I am male 35 year old and always have anxiety of having big diseases like cancer an all. Since last 6-7 days I am feeling fatigue and weakness in hand, legs. My physical conducted a vitamin test and found my Vitamin D and B12 are very low and recommended a medicine which I start taking. However still I always have anxiety of havinf big diseases which is hampering my life. How can I come out of this frustration.?
