I stopped nexito 4 days back coz of indigestion and now I'm unabke to make eye contact. My doc told me it's psychological dependence or withdrawal. Is it that? When does it go away completely?

I have lots of dreams and I wake up with racing heart I can hear my heart beating during sleep I remain anxious and think a lot
