I used to hyper and angry on very small small things on others. Don't know whether to consult a doctor or not

Of course you should Its anxiety and its not normal But its treatable Consult with me or any psychologist for therapy and counseling online or in person

There's no harm in consulting a doctor once.  After a detailed history and assessment the doctor can tell you if you need any intervention or its normal.

Any behaviour if it's disturbing for u or for ur family it need some detail evaluation. So think for it and surely go for consultation without delay. For personal consultation chat personally.

Hi Thanks for seeking help here. After carefully listening to your history n evaluating the issue we suggests.... It's all mood swings. This is an affective illness. This like ur getting some high level of neuro chemical upsurge in Ur brain with small issue. If u don't take care of that ...u will fall into more severe episode of similar nature in future.
