Sleep issues
Nowadays i often cannot sleep at night and end up sleeping from morning to 4pm. Because i wake up at 4, i can't sleep at night anymore, thus sleep cycle is disrupted. This isn't just a bad habit. I bring back my schedule on-time after a few days of trying but if i ever end up working late night, let's say 2am, then the next day onwards i cannot fall sleep before 2am. Another thing is most people, if they sleep less at night, they take a nap in afternoon and cover it up. I'm completely different. If i don't sleep, i don't. If i sleep then i cannot wake up! My sleep is very deep. So i cannot take naps. I need full 6-8 hour sleeps. Why am i facing these problems? The nap problem was there since i was a kid but this "cannot sleep at night" problem is happening since late 2019 only.

Yes, your sleep cycle is disturbed. You can be prescribed a pill that will normalize your sleep- wake cycle and also you should practise universal sleep hygiene.
