That's why it's over water intake more urination. If u don't do urination. .what will happen to Ur water intake....then it will accumulate in Ur body....that's not good...so body balances it ..

Hi good evening,
Sleep disturbance due to frequent urination is usually seen if fluid intake is more post 7 pm.
Try to restrict fluids after 7 pm . 200ml
Avoid caffeine or coffee n tea n beverages post 7 pm.
Always void your bladder just before bedtime.
