Unable to concentrate on work

Hi all, am software engineer, but from my childhood iam never interested in this and am unable concentrate on my job i have tendency to overthink always, some random thoughts are always in mind and am unable to control this, i spend lot of time in office for production but am unable to control this, please help me with some remedy.
