Childhood flashback
I have a grudge against my childhood pediatrician. When I was a kid my mom bought me this new tricycle. The design of it was flawed. I kept on falling. Once I was so badly hurt my mom had to take me a pediatrician. He was asking where it hurt. I kept on saying my head was hurting. But that evil monster kept on lying to my mom that it wasn't hurting. I mean why would he do that. I didn't do anything to him. Nor did I knew him before the incidence. I am having flashbacks of this today. I was angry at the doctor. Now I am crying and am upset about the incident. I am not feeling well. And I don't do well with guilt. Please help.

Hi Even if doctor didn't validate your feeling or what you were going through there is no point to hold a grudge because this will only make you mentally weak. The other person is not even aware of this then why hurt yourself by being so rigid.. Forgive and let go of people who you have had a bad experience with. Take hold of your life and be mentally strong I believe you should discuss your concerns in detail with a mental health professional to gain an insight about nature of problem and ways to overcome it through psychotheraputic techniques Consult with me or any psychologist for therapy and counseling Connect with me through practo Follow my Facebook page "juhi parashar -psychotherapist " for mental health issues All the best Seek help for early recovery

Hi... After careful evaluation of Ur story.... I suggest few things...Read Carefully. How you know your doctor was lying.... When Ur mom did not trust ....that...it was hurting you...So he asked another person to check .... Doctor do examination....... When he could not able to find any signs of external injury ...so he said it's not physical hurting.......may be psychological... But unfortunately you just misunderstood all this...and now in huge mental stress for those issues.. This all suggest that......you are not mentally strong enough to handle such stress. You need active psychotherapy...if you wish to get rid of this.... Evaluate you personality....also... Hope you will get well soon...
