Sleeping problem
My mother is suffering from diabetes and high BP from last 3-4 yrs... Before 2yrs she had a brain stroke. But recently every night she is dreaming of dead persons in our family and be afraid. So that whole night she has no sleep... What should I do for her??

What is age of ur mother?? It is common to. Have sleep disturbances in high bp nd diabetes.  U need to rule. Out sleep disturbances. Any anxiety features or depression... Kindlly consult psychiatrist in person.  Thank u

Age, and medical conditions and medications have a great impact the  the rem sleep cycle. Dreams are a culmination of chemical imbalances caused in the mind. So there are a couple of things you can do.. which are as follows 1. Recheck the medications. 2. Keep a schedule of getting up no matter when she sleeps and don't let her sleep during the day. 3. Regular food habbits mostly food which is light and not oily. 4. Pranayama 5. Less to no screen time before she sleeps. 6. Warm milk before sleep with a pinch or less of nutmeg no sugar.(confirm with your doctor)
