Not able to sleep properly for the last 3-4 weeks. Absolutely no sleep couple of days. No good sleep even after a GYM workout of more than 1 hour.
Was mentally disturbed 3-4 weeks back due to job related issues. But this has come down significantly, but no improvement in sleep.
Heart beat increases and audible when trying to sleep at night. Also mild headache some time.
