Insomnia & Anxiety
I have been suffering from Rheumatoid Arthritis from very long years and due to which I am bedridden. I have been also having chronic INSOMNIA ISSUE. I have not slept from very long time. Please suggest what can I do to improve my Sleep. What are the ways which help me to get sleep at night?

U can start with listening to sleeping music at night while ur on bed. And have a self talk too that is related to sleeping in a calm manner after lying on bed
