Last week. I was going outside with my friend on evening. May be evening raised after little rain. I seted on bike. Suddenly some flying insect hit my ear and hair. I quickly removed by hand. I released size approx 2 inches and silently little. After 10 min I released this was bats may be. But I was not sure. I filled lot of anxiety. I read lot of articles, post and newspaper death article about rabies death after bats exposure. I was crying on front of  my family. My sister  checked my ear and head, there no scratches and no bite. I read lot of Google page about rabies and rabies bats exposure. I thought only one in now. I will die after one a two week. Because I am not vaccinated. Please tell me what should I do. My life is going in hell. I read ICMR guide line too. No body sure. About rabies about bat touch anything. I am living in delhi.

Is it ok to take desvenlafaxine 100mg...etilaam cr1.5mg...risperidone 0.5mg daily for anxiety and depression

Dear Dr. I am wohelday normal but at evening time between 6 to 7 have anxiety attack fear scared and my full body heat specially my ear and face and sometimes crying also Negative thoughts for covind 19 And other please help me. Dr.please reply me fast

It's been a month since I had panic attack. From that time I have different issues in my body. Like chest pain, body pain, weakness, scalp acne, muscle twitches, how long will it take to go normal?.I left panic attack untreated is it a reason to worry?

Actually I am preparing for a competitive exam and the competition is very high so negative thoughts are coming in my mind like what would happen if i fail in the exam? Will I be able to clear it? Whether I'll be able to enjoy my life? Like this and eventually it makes me anxious. Except this I am pretty much joyful and nothing like depression is there. But this exam related worries makes me anxious. How to cure?

Hi.. on my first consultation my doctor prescribed me setro plus 50 one time in a day and etilam in SOS and some vitamins tablets. After 20 days he prescribed me setro 50 ( 2 times a day) Arin 10mg ( half in a day), vitamins tablets and etilax 0.5mg ( sos). Now I want to know the use of these medicines... Specially Arin.

I can't fall asleep easily. It takes a lot of time. If I am stressed for something, I definitely can't sleep. If I don't have stress, then also I will take an hour to fall asleep. What's the solution?

Hi Doc, It once happened to me(only once) that some thought/idea came to my mind,and it felt like i have had this thought before (like the same day) but wasn't able to exactly recall where did that thought/idea stroke me before. It seemed like entirely new but also something which i had just few hours back. Never happened to me before. Sometimes same thing happened with a feeling(s) which i couldn't recall exactly where it came from in the past. Is this happening normal with other people as well?It only happened once to me.
