I feel like i dont have anyone with whom i can discuss my promlems without being judgemental. I have issues in my marriage and i feel like i made some mistakes in my life by choosing my partner and let myself and my parents hurt by my partner again & again. I dont know what to do now

Today i suddenly felt anxious about getting of heart attack and feeling of getting died. I often have issue in stomach such as gas trouble, most of the time i feel relaxed when i burps out gas, then panic attack gradually decreases and slowly then takes place. I am having left hand pain and discomfortness in body. Please guide me what to do is this is regarding about stomach or psychological?

Sometimes she feels too anxious over little things and gets very disturbed. Has frequent emotional breakdowns

I am dealing with serious depression m facing anxiety,shivering etc kindly suggest some medicine as soon as possible fast.

I am 26 and husband is 30yrs old. Newly married...Its very difficult to make my husband understand that i am not ready for child right now and we always end up fighting over this topic. He is being very stubborn and thats really bothering me a lot. I hoped he would understand me but he doesnt. Feeling lonely and useless. Dont know whom to speak to. Or am I getting too paranoid i dnt understand. Plz help.

Suffering from Depression i guess Not feeling well Feel like killing myself If it wasn't illegal I wdt have committed suicide long back

It has been 3-4 years I have suffering with severe anxiety, depression. I get anxiety attack more often now a days than before. My relationships are not stable, had several break ups. Encounter insecurity and effecting on my health immensely.

I have facing using like lack of concentration, irregular heartbeat, sometimes heartbeat pumping very fast even i can hear. Difficulty in remember anything. Due to this i m lacking my confidence level. Fear in speech in public which was not previously. Please advice if anyone can do.
