Plz advice the treatment for alcohol deaddiction,I am under heavy depression I AM ALSO TRANSFERRED TO SRINAGAR This has worsen my condition , and even I dont like to eat and mix with pepples

10 months ago a street dog accidentally pressed my feet by its feet while moving. I got an impact but there was no dog bite or visible scratch. Not sure wheather the nail just touch or not. Last few days I am constantly thinking about this matter. I am very much worried and stressed out.  Is it any mental problem going on? Or I need any vaccine?

I am a class 12 pass-out in the year 2020 and I have chosen to study BSc (Hons) in Psychology, which I have chosen from a very early age and not said to anyone. It is my passion to work with people's mind. But my parents are not allowing me to study this subject as because they feel like it has no future and I will not be able to make up a good career. They are just forcing me to take up subjects like Computer Science or Biotechnology which is growing everywhere day by day. This has created a lot of mental stress and trauma in my mind. I have thought of not studying anything else and not go to any college in their preferred subjects and study Psychology books and make up myself at home. So, will I be able to do anything? Or, along with my stress I should go with their chosen subjects and just take a degree without my will? I am already late in my academic year due to some medical issues

Should I consult a neurologist or a psychologist for sleep paralysis disease? Please consult. Thank you

Hii sir, iam not able to get deep sleep ...as iam taking the prescribed medications by u ie metazip 15mg, clonotril 0.5 mg...I m getting fast heart beats ie racing heart when I get some sudden tragedy news and shivering legs, hands etc...and no deep sleep despite of the medications...kindly look in to this matter sir ..( reff by Dr Sai kumar, Hyderabad)

Hi , I have been suffering from extreme claustrophobia for quite some time but now its getting unbearable. I can't watch a movie where an underwater or cave scene is on. I feel extreme panic if I can't remove my finger ring or open my helmet strap. Of late I'm full of negative feelings. Any pain and I suspect I have some fatal illness. At night extreme breathlessness at times. I can't think positively and its affecting my family life. Kindly advise. Thanks in advance.

I'm having obsessive thoughts about cleaning my hands repeatedly. It's contamination OCD and Religious OCD. Whenever the obsessive thoughts come, I wouldn't be able to concentrate or study anything. It has become a major problem and I have the thoughts throughout the day.
