How to treat anxiety and Panic Attack without medication .I have tried yoga and deep breathing but not working out.

I have an OCD while talking to females my eyes are automatically turning at their breast iam not looking intentionally but my eyes are automatically turning at their breast Will this type of OCD will be able to cure? I think this is a rare type of disorder have anyone seen such type of cases

My daughter is schizophrenia patients. From 5 years on medication. We change 2 doctors. But only 50% improvement. Our home family under depressed please guide us please guide us how to control her in her violent behaviour

Dear Dr. I have not been sleeping at night for a long time, I am not sleepy, and unwanted thoughts keep coming in my mind, if someone says something about something, then I keep thinking about it all day long, and  Irritability is increased . and memory is weakened, pls sugest there is some treatment available for same. My sister facing some problem from last 3 months. Few days back she was feeling some chest pain. But consulted with cardilogist and physician and they told no problem. They are telling dye to anexity/ stress you feel more hesrt beat some times and tired. All blood test done, ecg, echo done. Not observed any issue. But morning sometimes she feeling like more heart beat and tired, stressed. After some times she become ok. What may be the reason? She is thinking about her kids.

Hi, I used to consume liquors and smoke weed everyday on a daily basis. And now when I want to quit it, withdrawal symptoms are gradually affecting my body causing sleep disorders, excessive mental weakness, excessive willingness of alcohol consumption and more. Please help me. I want to live a normal life.
