I am not leading a normal life... i always fear of having a serious illness and i always think I'm going to die some day due to it... it makes me anxious and increases heart beat... also caused a few panic attacks... I keep surfing the internet fot symptoms and other stuffs... I couldn't interact normally with people nowadays... I feel cut off and my mind restlessly thinks negatively Also I couldn't sleep at night properly

Can i stop taking flunil i am taking it for nearly 1.5 month can i  stop taking there will not be any problem

I have constant fear of death and severe diseases, i always Google slightest symptoms and over think about it to that extent that i actually start feeling the symptoms , i had got all tests done , visited all types of doctors still after a point my mind again starts making up same things, this is really hampering my personal and professional life what should i do? Hi , I'm taking medicine duloxetene as per my prescriptions for somatoform disorders .but I started facing bad stomach means dysenetery . What to do for that ? Should I go for any medicine for stomach? Also as I'm taking duloxetene only one dose in the morning but whole I'm feeling dizziness , drowsiness and heavy in brain . It became serious in the evening after that I couldn't walk or talk properly. Please help already in prescriptions by practo doctor only. Thank you

Hi, I freuquently get negative thoughts like what would my future would be like, any problems which may arise etc. And it kind of affects my health i.e breathing patterns which in turn causes me cramp like pains in stomach. I dont know why i think like that. Even when i try to think positive such things come to my mind. Sometimes i get pain in other body parts, have done tests and all reports are normal. How to overcome this issue. Thank You.

Dear Doctor, I am 42 years old unmarried man. I am not employed. I am obese 110kg. I am worried about my life. No job, no marriage. I nowadays get chest pain left arm pain, left leg pain, numbness in left face. Whenever I get stressed this happens or if I get angry. I break things at home in anger. I am worried I have angina or heart blockage, I may get heart attack. I am worried I may get cancer. I hate this life want to suicide but fear pain during death. I do health check up regularly. I tested ECG recently. I want to do Angio. I can't do TMT because my heart beat goes up on walking climbing steps upto 170 beat. I am having Concor 2.5mg daily given by Cardiac. I have lots of fear stress. Can't sleep. Daily taking Inzofresh 10mg to sleep. Please help me.
