I can't concentrate on reading work at all. I get lost in thoughts frequently, while i am reading. I can't absorb anything while reading. I have difficulty even at work because i have difficulty thinking or concentrating on what people are saying to me , can't follow instructions because of difficulty in understanding or retaining in memory. I also get low and extremely irritable to voice of others like mother saying me to work etc. I get very irritable, i get low in evenings and sleep too much all day. How to concentrate in work and studies. It impossible for me to concentrate.

My friend has dissociative identity disorder & has 3 alters. He developed it in 2008. He also experiences hallucinations and amnesia. We couldn't take him to the therapist because he is unaware of his disorder & gets furious . So , please tell me if we can treat him without actually taking him to the doctor, with talk therapy or counciling.

I was suffering from anxiety and phasmophobia most so I consulted doctor online so I was prescribed nexito 5 mg and clonalzepam .25 every night 1 tablet each. I felt better first day but second day I was very drowsy and unable to focus on work so I stopped taking medicine and I'm unable to consult the doctor now... I sweat a lot in n ight due to which I get sleep very late. PLEASE advise is sweating a normal behaviour or should I have not taking tablet the 3rd day.

I am a student doing my preparation but I cant concentrate and keep using my phone also I don't feel motivated , I have always struggled when it comes to decision making and I am always procastinating what should I do to be more alive and concentrated on things I do ? Please provide some suggestions

I have headache in left side of my head and I listen song playing in my head which is not real and it disturbs me in doing any work and this problem has been happening for last 4 months...

Hi, My mother is suffering from schezophernia from past 3 year and under medicine Gressami 200 mg  and Alkepin 25 mg. We are seeing complete  improvement from past 1 year in terms of symptoms ,mood. Like to know from expert doctors can these doses reduced further as symptoms have reduced to zero now.

In June I was diagnosed with GAD and took Escitalopram 5 mg for a month.now from last few days, I am feeling feverish ( temp 99-99.3) with headaches behind eyes and forehead and sometimes on top of the head.the fever comes and goes off on its own couple of times ina day. My TSH is 5.7 and I am on a very low dose of thyroxine medicine. I was also low on Vitamin D, am taking prescribed supplements for that. I want to know if this headache and feverish is due to anxiety and what I should do for it? No other symptoms.

Hello sir/mam My sister is schizophrenic.she is on amisulpride 100 clonil 50 and sizopin 50.but some time she don't take it...last time I have heard that whenever she has period there is excessive fuild passing through her body...is it .do I have to change her tablets...what to do ..that will help me to be sure she is regular with her tablets
