Hi doctor, My 7 and half month baby has heavy cold and runny nose sneezing from yesterday night, I have given alcon drops mrng which was prescribed for cold last time in hospital.. Can I continue this for his cold and can I give paracetamol for his fever(99.2) now. Will it be alright with these medicine itself or do I need to visit pediatric hospital.. Pls advice

As iam suffering from severe depression nearly 2years. as iam unable to control my mind .many thoughts are racing in my mind .as iam unable to control that thoughts racing in my mind.iam forgetting everything such as what iam doing , what iam talking , where iam going,what work iam doing , what iam speaking,etc .iam thinking for each and every topic of  for routine works iam unable to concentrate for few mintes on a work. iam unable to concentrate on the present day .my mind is going somewhere else world not in reality world .my mind is beating as same as heart nearly 1year. is there is a chance to live my normal life please help me Please please help me

Been nocturnal ever since but, it had gotten better with age and work schedule. Been off work since a few months. And lately, can't sleep at all early at night no matter how much I try. What's the best thing to change the pattern immediately?

My mother unable to take sound sleep.She is also taking medicine of High BP and thyroid. One i took her to Aiims Bhubaneswar .Psycritist doctor prescribed some medicine. After taking it for 1 month, she do not feel good. She feels some kind of vibration in her heart after taking  the medicine.. Not feeling good. Please help. I am attaching the prescription here.

I can't sleep even after taking medicines and if I sleep also I get dream thoughts which torture me and when I wake up my eyes feel dry and tired ad if I have not slept.I have done some test in which I have eye blinking artifacts.I have take psychiatrist medicines from which I have side effects of blurred vision on right eyes and teeeee like voice in right ear.my eyes as if I don't feel fresh sleep.Currently I am taking olimelt 10mg quitipin 200mg depran 10mg and mirtaz 15mg.still I am not getting sound sleep and when I wake up as if my eyes have not got sleep.I don't know what to do and where to go and take which medicines.I have visited around 25 psychiatrist everyone have fkuped my natural sleep because the more medicines I take I loose my sleep.first I was getting sleep in afternoon now taking medicines I am not getting sleep in night also.this medicines have destroyed my brain nervous system.how DDA have given approval to this medicines which have such huge side effects.pls help.

My cousin who is a 35yrs old working woman wd a good career n family. Sometimes she is stressed due to personal n professional matter.But till now she leads a healthy n Happy life. Recently she started to fall for smoky flavour Firstly, she cooks everything wd smoky flavour.Then suddenly she started to brush her teeth wd charcoal (during her childhood, her granny did it).Then now she s addicted to charcoal .In the morning, in the night she brushes her teeth wd charcoal only to feel it's flavour and only to bite the charcoal.From last one week, she keeps charcoal in her bag and starts biting it whenever she can.She s very worried for ds wierd behavior and tries to ignore.But she can't.She only tells me about this.I m too worried .Whom to consult? Is it something related to mental problem ? Plz help her
