Every time I get My Periods these things happens to me. I feel like I am going crazy and I have no control on my emotions. I get Mood swings,Depression or feelings of hopelessness,Intense anger and conflict with other people,Tension, anxiety, and irritability
No interest in your usual activities,Trouble concentrating,Fatigue,Appetite changes
Feeling out of control,Sleep problems
Cramps and bloating,Breast tenderness,Headaches,Joint or muscle pain. And suicidal thoughts overtakes my brain. I actually looked up ways to end my life.
This happens to me 3-4 days before my Mensuration cycle and gets worse when I get my periods. But after my periods I get back to normal.
Is it normal or not ?
Because it is disrupting my relationships with my family and friends.

detailed symptoms that you have mentioned
can due to Mood disorders related to ur
Menstrual period.
Premenstrual dyphoric disorder (PMDD) is one
of the condition that may be coorelated to ur
condition.
It's very common to see PMDD in those females
who already have a traits of Anxiety & mood
disorder.

Hello, all your symptoms bare suggestive of PMS or pre menstrual syndrome in which lot of mood swing and irritation occurs before and during the periods. They can easily be managed by low dose SSRI with relaxation therapies.
