Though I speak everything with me and very caring to his mom , he always try to hide something from me. He speaks to his mom so secret most of the times. Sometimes he even don't tell me certain things that my mother in law asked him to tell me. If someone speaking in phone suddenly vanishing and coming back when they speak normally . It sound so bad for me as he is hiding . If I'm beside he don't utter a word in phone he simply listens if he need to respond he goes away. They don't consider me as family everything they want to maintain secret. It's really feels bad as I left my family for my husband .

Hello Sir/Madam there are some bad negative things coming in my mind can you tell me how to remove those negative things I know that this things are not happening but they are coming in my mind please tell me how to remove this negative things from my mind or delete this negative things from my mind please.

My father has got an episode of bipolar disorder again. He is currently on lamitor and lonazep. Still he is not recovering . Sleep deprivation is there. Please suggest what can be done . From 18th july he is not well. From last 2 days he in morning it seems he is normal , after few hours it seems he is depressed and after few hrs he started talking a lot . Today he even did bed wetting . Please suggest what can be done ?

Sir I suffer ocd & severe anxiety with somatization disorder. I consult a psychiatrist on Monday by online telemedicine, so doctor prescribed me to take Pari CR 12.5 mg for 5 days then take 25 mg for daily 2 times. As he guidance I should started the medicine last 3 days but I feel now my hand and leg was shaking most of the times with sometimes in the sleep I feel feeds occurs & also different type of negative thoughts comes also sometimes feel rapid heartbeat. My question is it medicine side-effects ??? Is it normal or dangerous for future ???
