Due to anxiety from last one month. I am taking the enclosed prescribed medicines . Now I feel 50% ok.. now pls suggest what to do. I have left the place where dr has clinic. Presently only problem with light anxiety and over thinking again and again on one topic . No concentration in any matter pls advise asap

Hi All, mys sister is suffering from Bipolar Disorder and is presently in Depression phase. She has notrecovered from past 4 months. She is not feeling well in the day ,body pain ,headache and just having liquids in food forcefully. She feels better during evening hours. She is taking Depran 50 in evening. Her Psychiatriat suggested to take Pacitin in the morning for body pain? Is it the right medicine , because I have seen and found this is used for Parkinson's treatment. Now he suggested Dupax 20. What should we take for body pain and headache in morning, so that she can wake up from bed? She doesn't feel like leaving the bed. Regards, Happy

I have BP. Even taking so many years it is getting maintained at 140/90. Most of the time I feel tension because of work and family. I try to change my mind by diversion but it is not Lasting even for 5 min. I feel depressed and worry on job loss, future life etc. Not able to concentrate. Always my heart beat rate is at 102. This i have checked using bp monitor instrument. When tension increases my hand starts shaking. I sleep min of 6 to 8 hrs. I heard about himalaya mentat tablet. My friend recomended me to take. But i need advice from doctor on how to get rid of my issue or should I take Any medicine to resolve this issue.

Due to arguments between my parents i don't known why I hold some grudges at them. I blame them every time when something goes wrong with my life.

I am frequently getting anxiety attacks and always remain depressed. Even after sleep, feel extreme stress and headache. Not able to focus on anything for more than 5-10 mins. Have thousand of thoughts running at same time.

Going through depression related to my relationship with my husband who stays away mostly owing to his profession. He is extremely non communicative. Avoid talking about disagreements or differences and act or pretend nothing happened. Whereas I myself is extremely sentimental and emotional person. Can't forget or forgive easily. This is affecting my mental health immensely.
