sufferings with us. As you have mentioned many
things related to ur sleep, mood, emotions ,
behaviour & concentration, I wud like to
comment over ur situation.
SLEEP very crucial event in day to day life. It
must be timed with inside biological clock and
outside external environment. Sleep
disturbances can be a result of various illness
like:
* Psychosocial stress
* Body illness,
* lungs and breathing problems, ,
* Substance abuse,
* Mood disorders,
* Anxiety ,
* Any medicine induced, etc .
OR , persistent sleep disturbance can lead to
new illness like
* Memory dysfunction , impairment of

Follow these basic Tips for " sleep hygeine"
* Do morning excercise.
* Avoid afternoon nap.
* Eat early before going to bed ( min 2 hrs)
* Take light food at dinner
* Avoid heavy use of any fluid before goin to
bed.
* Avoid excessive use of caffeine,
tobacco ,smoke and tea.
* Room must be cool, calm & dark.
* Bed must be solely used for Sleeping no other
activities must be done over bed apart from
Sleeping.
* Change ur bed or room for a change.
* Dip ur feets in bucket of warm water for 20
mins before goin to bed , it will calm ur inner
tension of mind & body.
-- Meditation of 20 mins in morning can help .
--Don't take any medicine for Sleeping on ur
own without supervision and consultation of
only Psychiatrist.

The cause of disturbed sleep should be evaluated and treated. It could be stress, physical problems, anxiety, depression..
