I have started feeling very sleepy since 1 month, but I do not take any alopathic medicine. My Ayurveda  is undergoing treatment.  I have anxiety and ocd.  Previously I used to get proper sleep but now I get very much sleep and do not feel like working. I feel sleepy for 12 hours in a day.  What problem do I have or is it normal. My thyroid is normal and my all blood reports like hemoglobin is also normal and other reports are normal in range.what I do..What is the reason behind it and what is the cure for it..Help me out

I'm suffering with anxiety from 16 months..this anxiety has started when I have seen death incident and my bad luck is that time my health is also not good..suffered with low heamaglobin.. after that I could reduced my concentration stressed out..after using pari cr for 6 months and toficalm for one month..not curing completely..symptoms are palpitations,left hand muscle pain,excessive worry,sensitive and emotional,gastric and bloating stomach,irritation in ear.. While using medicine left hand muscle pain will reduce ..again once when I feel anxious my left hand gets pain.. Is this anxiety disorder or anxiety? How can I get rid of this? I want complete relief from this.. And don't want to use medicines much bcoz it's putting weight.. Should use medicines for years? or I can get rid of this completely within months..please suggest.. Please suggest any way to cure this problem within months.. Thank you..

I always have a fear that my partner will cheat and he will leave me being in relationship for more than 2 years i always have a feeling he is cheating me and i doubt him and we fight always for this reason how to overcome the fear that he wont leave me .

Hello, I Am Ritika Das.My age is 26.I having Cyst..I was taking medicines.I stopped  on June for cyst.Mujhe 20th May se boht jaan ghabrata hai.Heart beats very fast..Pulse rate is high.raat ko neend...3rd june ko doc dekhaye that doc gave me 2 medicine for 1 month...I continued till 3rd August.Then I stopped taking medicine..I started having that prblm again...fir mujhe gyanec ka prblm agaya.Gyanec Doc said ki I was taking medicine for Anxiety may be for than there is a hormonal imbalance.She has given me test..and she has told me to stop taking medicines for anxiety.Abhi bhi jaan ghabrata hai..heart beats very fast.Doc please help me out.How to control this?

Whatever I am doing I am having the feeling of regret. I feeling I should have tried to get the job what I like...and I am getting married so I am having the feeling that I loved the other girl, but for silly reasons I accepted other girl proposal..the regret feeling stops me doing further and so that I missed the beautiful life since I didn't try to get what I wanted

Hi My son is having below symptoms 1. Not able to focus on his studies for long time (not more than 15 to 30min mostly)  on any subjects either while his teacher teaching or during we are teaching in Home. If he ask to write his home work as well he hesitate a lot. 2.Running inside home or jumping from bed or sofa even aftet we cautioned him that he might get hurt if he do all these things. He says he will not do it But still  he is not control himself and repeat the same again. 3. With his brother or while xplaying anything mostly he is not playing softly. He is bit rough on any of his activities Kindly help us to provide some guidance on how to improve his behaviour and also make him focus on his studies like other kids. Just had a breakup..don't know how to deal with it now..unable to sleep..unable to eat food..couldn't divert my mind..i don't know what to do next..suicidal thoughts r coming in..so much of anger, confusion, frustration etc..

I can't concentrate in anything I don't know why my head will be always heat mind is not fresh I'm using tablets episod-50 (3tab) at night and ciplar-10 (2tab) Morning and afternoon now from past 1year but I'm not fully satisfied with this I think it's 30 to 40 % it's only cured what can I do now
