What is the natural way to control OCD. How common is OCD in india. Is there any treatment for OCD india. Does it impact relationship

I am in depression can't sleep after laying in bed I don't feel like sleeping... Feels so fresh. Also it seems something I should do all the time.. Sleeping feels wastage of time to me. Please advice

I'm surrounded by some persons who are very jealous of me and they are from my boyfriend's family. She is my boyfriend's own elder sister. She is married. She thinks that I'm snatching her parents from her even I'm trying to make my boyfriend apart from his family. But i never said such kind of things. She is very insecure about her family members. I used to go my boyfriend's house two to three times in a week and she never liked it. But my boyfriend's parents were so happy to spend time with me. She never liked it that's why she told them few bad things about me just to keep me away from them. Even once me,my boyfriend and her husband were talking about a topic and she was not there. My boyfriend just left the room for picking up a stuff from another room and she came just to check what was I doing and she kept the room's door wide open. I don't know what was her problem. Since then she is behaving very strangely. I feel very bad for her behaviour and words. What should i do?

I have usually forget the word while speaking but I can express it better in written form. Earlier it was with some item like if can see there a bottle in front of me. And I know it's bottle but at that for few seconds it's just slip out of my mind and it can recollect after trying to remember what was it called. Why it's happening and how I can overcome with it.

Was i right to ask this speciality about this problem... she was a fine lovely women accept she had extreme mood swings and abnormal emotional behaviour..she is unmarried and a feminist,she is blessed with health and fame yet she harbour jealousy over other small success yet preach others the opposite..when she is in delighted mood her happy vibe is to the extreme that she could fed million hunger yet when in second of dark mood came she scream abnormally and have no respect to elders..she believes she's the head of the family and act like oneyet if thing dnt go her way even the slightest that's when she flip her mood and she have OCD .. she's trying to find others weakness and love to attack on that making them miserable and yet she love to play the victim..if possible what shorts of treatment or attitude be better for the other party.(proudness , laziness, short tempered, gossiping and hating is her quality therefore i wish for the advice and guidance of psychiatrists .. please help.

Hi doctor.m doing job and i am not able to sleep for 8 hours.. After working more than 10-12 hours m not able to sleep. Every time m getting irate. M not able to control my anger. I feel pressurised. Please help me to come out from this
