How long will it take to come normal life from anxiety,... In fact it is killing me I am not able to do anything, I am still taking medicine prescribed by Mr.. Gopinath, still I am not able to sleep without taking sleeping pills, even if I get sleep I am not able to sleep..what's going on in my boby can anyone understand me please..

From last few months, I suffering from some kind of attacks such as sudden anger and irritation, I reacted so much although on a small things. Sometimes people provoke me and I lost all my mind, Not able to handle myself. At the time of anger, I feel so much pain in my stomach and also facing problem in breath. It feels to cold in my palm and feet. Is this any kind of illness. How can I ignore those type of situation by calming down myself. Please suggest.

I dnt know ho to describe.. I think I have some nervousness and low confidence problems , when I am in anger with unknown person my body is shivering, when someone unknown stare me continuously I get uncomfortable, also when I am talking with phone with unknown sometime my hand is shaking , if someone staring at me my walking style is become weird .. 6 month ago I purchased new white shoes but still not used that shoes I am thinking how people react ...

Is that possible to stop sleeping pill when I am in anxiety... I am try to stop it but because of I didn't get sleep I am talking again, what can I do for this, sleeping pill name (zolfresh)

Hi sir I have the problem of low mood disorder,feelings of sadness, helplessness, worthlessness,anger,voice vibrating from brain, irritability a feeling of  danger lack of energy extreme mood swings thoughts of hurting myself and others being unable to carry out day-to-day activities hearing voices in your head I had done test like thyroid, GTT, heart X-ray but results are negative I'm thinking that I had chemical imbalance in brain Which doctor to consult please help me alcohol or drug misuse an inability to concentrate

I tam taking paroxitine and pregabalin daily I smoke daily 2 or 3 cigarette per day is it okay is it affect my medication
