Feel tired
Hello I do all the work at home and also have a job. However nowadays I constantly feel very tired and exhausted. Somedays I do lot of work but some days I don't feel like doing anything. Nowadays my sleep cycle is also not proper somedays I feel very sleepy and some nights I am wide awake. Please help me

Hello Good evening. I really appreciate ur effort to discuss ur condition with us. As you have mentioned basically 3 things. 1. Tiredness or easy fatiguebility . 2. Lack of interest in day to day activities. 3. Sleep disturbances. All the above can be due to various factors. 1. Tiredness : this can be commonly attributed     to ur haemoglobin , electrolyte , hormones,     nutrients , vitamins &  Neurotransmitters     levels. Also, ur Thought, mood , situation  &     lifestyle plays a part. 2. Lack of interest : Mainly present in absence of     motivation & precise objectives & goals. Also     mood , emotions , Thought play crucial role. 3. Sleep disturbances can be due to numerous      factors, some common one are :                   * Normal circadian rhythm alterations.                   * Any physical / body illness .                   * Hormones dysfunction.                   * Mental illness like mood disorders ,                         anxiety spectrum disorder , Substance                           abuse ,Stress related or adjustment                           disorder etc are responsible.                  *  Some medicines are responsible.                   *. Primary insomnia : No cause.                  *. Some more cause are present. All the 3 issues has to be addressed in details , along with basic interviewng of ur present ,past  personal & family issues & circumstances. Don't be in hurry to label urself into illnesses without any appropriate & adequate discussion with doctor.
Next Steps
What to do next ?? Take ur time & discuss with ur family and plan Consultation with( Psychiatrist or Neuropsychiatrist ,both are same) of ur choice and discuss and evaluate all possible causes of ur tiredness, lack of interest & sleep disturbances. Mental state examination is must to assess the degree of severity of ur present condition. Once a specific condition is evident , plan a therapy or Medicines or both to get rid of ur present situation.
Health Tips
Pls don't google any information regarding these as most of information are confusing and scaring. Don't start any sort of medication on ur own without consulting only Psychiatrist. For sleep disturbances ,these basic rules you can follow " Sleep hygeine " 1. Morning exercise is must.   2. Avoid afternoon sleep.   3. Dinner must be light.   4. Consume dinner before 2 hrs of sleep.   5. Avoid heavy use of fluids at night.   6. restrict use of Tea, coffee at night.   7. Room must be dark calm & cool.   8. Bed must be solely used for Sleeping no            activities of watching Tv laptop phone       eating and reading is permitted. 9. For a change you can change your bed and       room for initiating sleep. * Try Meditation for min. 20 mins daily . * Take a balanced diet. Take care.
