Hi, I'm an IT professional . From childhood ,I have issues in understanding things,it's not only related to studies,but has effected other areas of my life also. It's still there .I face lack of focus and determination and can't remember important things for long time mostly .I get distracted mostly. I have anxiety issues , frequently get angry,mood swings,stress  I'm not sure whether I have any disorder or not. Please help.

I am 18. I dont know what I am dealing with. But I think it is anxiety and mild depression. I fear of everything. Because of bad experiences and Emotional Abuse and Body Shaming I have become so much self conscious. I have this sociophobia. It wasnt before. I tend to avoid anything. Even necessary. I feel low mood. I feel sad often. I have become aloof. I no longer enjoy small things. I have become irritated. I am trying to heal though. I meditate and have dettached myself from social media. Still sometimes my mind feels unbearable. Also I have career tensions and I had two terrible relationships. I have got backstabbed by my friends too. What should I do?

Sir, I am suffering from covid19 ( Asymptomatic) but because of anxiety I am feeling very stressed and fear which is giving me sleepless, heavy breathing ( not because of covid19 CT- Scan report say no issue in lungs ) and other problems also. I am trying to us some enxiety disorder medication but for them I need specialist suggestions. Please help me in this very crucial time which is going in my life and suggest some medicine for relaxation. Thanks

I have problems over thinking and negative thing and fear water and height and other normal things

This is to know whether depression can make someone forget all the good things that ever happened in a seven year long relationship and just focus on the negatives from the recent past. (She face many ignorance and criticism from her family for past 3years. But now everything changed, marriage fixed. All are happy now and her family said sorry to her for past dramas happened. But now she is totally negative and she don't want marry. She is regretting about the relationship. Only focusing the negatives and blaming evey one. She is not moving from the past.) Should she take any medication? or she need anything psychiatric treatment?

She is become suspicious. Doubting people that they want to kill her. Not eating other people's cooked food. Not talking to anyone. Keep her inside the room. Suddenly mood changes. Now she have refused to take medicine.

My daughter is suffering from issue of excessive joint pain during studying and feels hopeless. Last year she was put out of her job due to poor health as she fainted at the work place with massive pain. She was put on anti depressants from May 2019 to March 2020. She's unable to take stress and has also been gaining weight. Her height is 5.2 inches and weight 71kgs. Now which doctor should we look for? Physiartic or joint related doctor? She finds it difficult to walk for more time and doesn't go for exercises. We are looking for marriage also n she's adamant to do CA but her health is not supporting. How should we proceed?
