Sleeping problem
Severe sleep deprivation problem since one year even diagnosed with thyroid and having 50mg medicine.. No sleep at all i stay awake whole day and night.. For now i am having SRB 20 mg given by doctor but no use its not working..

Improve sleep hygiene, do little exercise in the evening, eat healthy and light at dinner time. You can start Tab Quitipin 25mg at night time. Better meet psychiatrist or consult online For more help

Adopt sleep hygiene practices first. Medicine like Low dose quitipine (25mg) or trazodone ( 25 to 50 mg)may be helpful.

1. Wake up at a fixed time in the morning irrespective of how much sleep you got during night. 2. Take exercise in the morning and light exercise at evening. 3. Avoid sleeping during day time. 4. Avoid taking tea or coffee  before going to bed. 5. Avoid laptop and mobile screen before going to bed. 6. Try to use bedroom only for sleep. No reading, laptop, mobile in bedroom. 7. Try to keep your bedding comfortable 8. Bedroom should neither be too cold or Hot. 9. Go out of bed if not able to get  sleep in about 30 to 45 minutes. Read a book. Go to sleep once you again feel sleepy. 10. think positive before going to bed. don't be too much worried about sleeplessness.
