I am on following medication: Topaz 25 Duzela 20 cipralex 5 mg zolfresh 5 (alternate days) Thyronorm 100 for hypothyroidism I have been facing frequent headache problem for almost 4 months now. Went to the neurosurgeon with complaint of severe pain in center of head too. He added topaz 25 to my ongoing medication of anxiety. I still get headaches like thrice a week with severe pain in centre of the skull. Sleep disorder is also there. Pls advise.

How should I treat Anxiety Nausea and recurring mood swings? Is this a mental health condition? Do I have to visit a doctor? Is there any medication available? Can I use FLUNIL 20MG to treat this?

I have noticed that some non threatening events are causing immense stress in my body. For example few days back I saw a road accident which didn't bother me anyway but still I noticed my racing heart beat . And again when I took my mother to doctor for routine check up in the hospital I found out that I am having similar symtoms . I created some false notion in my mind. I thought my mother would be severely sick even though she is completely ok . How to cure this problem permanently? Please give me a solution which would definitely work.

Myself 33 years of age , having an issue of anger and mood swing. I am facing issue on my work front and financial...as i was working in movies as an assistant director but from.past 2 3 years I have tried my own venture and failed . I sleep well..eat well but this issue of lack of concentration and focus and mood swing is really hampering me.
