Sleep Issues
I can not sleep properly .Every night I feel like my eyes are closed but their are thoughts going in my mind.hardly I could sleep 2-3 hrs thought less

Worrying, rumination, unresolved conflicts, existential issues related to day to life, relationships, responsibilities, finances, uncertainty about the future are a few issues which need evaluation. Try to write down your worries. Make a list of priorities.Work on their resolutions. Enjoy little joys of life. Sleep is essential and must be adequate. If your issues are too bothersome seek help.

Insomnia is of 3 types a. Difficult to initiate sleep b. Difficult to maintain sleep c. Early awakening before usual time
