I suddenly felt suffocated for 3,4 days and then from nowhere unpredicted thoughts got started which are making me depressed. Those are so abnormal, uncontrollable and continuous. I'm really not able to think normally. It's been 40 days already

Iam always been scared of my anxitey symtoms i always think of what will happen when one day my doctor will tapper my dose completly iam doing my best and my meds are also helping me iam doing medication yoga daily.but cant take the of my thoughts from if meds will one day stop my body feels those symptoms again and i will be depended on it.

Sir my grandmother is having memory problems from past many months , like she often forgets about that she had her meal and asks for them again and again , there have been episodes of her forgetting about relatives that who are who and that her husband is no more , and there also have been episodes when she went into her childhood and asked about her mother not believing that she is no more, this meal forgetting problems are almost daily , other occurs quite rare, once or twice a month , on making her remember or telling that she had her meal she takes time to believe in that and regarding her recognizing power it is weak . Some days she is absolutely fine remembers almost everything . Sir plz guide regarding this.

I am done all cardiac tests all are normol but I am not accepting and I am so scared about it my thoughts always negative even not control it wt can I do it

I have been facing issues like weakness, fatigue and shortness of breath although Medical reports turn out to be normal except for me having mild asthma. I'm using Symbicort Turbuhalor and been prescribed to take Nexito 10 mg tablets for Anxiety. I have been always fearing or reluctant towards anti-depressants and have never taken them. Is it safe to go ahead with Anti Depressant. Do they have any side effects. Please advice. Recently I underwent Septaplasty for Deviated Nasal Septum and Swollen Turbinates.

My wife taking Cyclotin 20 tablets from 10 days  as doctor prescribed for her depression, feeling low, crying,etc. She can't sleep at night or the whole day, she only sleep 1- 2 hour at night. Why this happening.

Iam unable to control my anxiety it attack me immediately while tensing me I don't know what iam doing ,it complete ly destroy me at the time... Please help me , give some suggestions to control my high level anxiety and uncontrollable mind ...I can't focus on for a work for a second...many thoughts are racing in my mind ...I can't control that kind of thoughts please give to reduce my anxiety and to control my mind Pls pls pls pls pls pls pls pls pls pls pls pls pls pls pls pls pls Please give me some suggestions Thanking you ...

Between these two medicines, can you rate them for MDD + OCD in terms of: 1. Efficacy 2. Tolerability (side effects)

Do i still gets sysmptms of anxitey after full complition of medicine?. Or i will be normal again please tell me ?

She is suffering from mental illnesses since 1 week . She always wants to know the reasons behind every word and every thing why this happens
