I feel I'm not able to breathe propely, this happens only some time while resting. I have checked oxymeter reading showing 98%, no chest complain or cold.

I am not able too sleep at night. Difficulty falling asleep at night Daytime tiredness Irritability, depression or anxiety Difficulty paying attention, focusing on tasks or remembering Increased errors

As iam suffering from clinical depression for 1.5 years. I had lost everything in my life. my self esteem, my career ,and my mind health etc.iam mentally very weak .I have the confusing of matters ,things,routes,and my relative persons too etc. My forgetness is become more and more even iam forgot my name and my parents too . Due to depression my over thinking is become more affective on my mind . It had lost me everything that. I had in my life .before depression I didn't had overthinking After depression all these factors effected on me a Lot The main problem is iam unable to control my mind Is there is a choice to regain my life and career With the help of medicine and psychriastry evaluation Can I lead to my normal life please Please please please please help me sir Iam eagerly waiting for ur reply sir Thanking u sir

I don't have eligibility, memory loss,dearest person. I have inferiority complex, wexing stage.my help no need for everyone. I have physically weak body.. I am not interested anyone anything. Dear Dr. I have not been sleeping at night for a long time, I am not sleepy, and unwanted thoughts keep coming in my mind, if someone says something about something, then I keep thinking about it all day long, and  Irritability is increased . and memory is weakened, pls sugest there is some treatment available for same. My age 32, my name is sachin And i am also suffering from spinal cord injury due to RTA from last 3 years.
