Anxiety and BFS Syndrome
Hello Doctor. Lately I'm getting new symptoms which I relate to anxiety and panic attacks. I had symptoms before like muscle twitching, buzzing sensation in hands and legs, headache etc. Lately I feel new things like pulsating sensations in the head, and I feel internal vibrations like shaking especially in the head and feeling sticky hands

These symptoms can be of GAD. General anxiety disorder. Take online help of psychiatrist and treat your symptoms

Hello . Good morning. I understood ur concern . I would like to address few issues. 1. How long u have been facing such problems? 2. Recently or lately any event has happened into ur life. 3. Is their any use of Alcohol , nicotine or else ? 4. Have you experienced any psychosocial stressors. 5. How is family dynamics ? 6. What ur personality traits ? 7. Is Any underlying Thought of any illness haunting you. 8. Are you experiencing any new form of ideas , believe,        or Thought that panic you or make you paranoid . 9. What  sort of job(profession)  you do ? 10. What quality of sleep you have ? 11. HAVE you been diagnosed with any other medical       conditions. 12. Is there any previous history of psychiatric Consultation? Apart from these above basic questions , many more things must to be discussed with you regarding ur symptoms.
Next Steps
What to do next ? Consult a( Psychiatrist or Neuropsychiatrist both are same ) of ur choice and discuss every bit of ur problems. Plan a therapy or Medicines or both that suits ur lifestyle.

Don't be in hurry to correlate ur symptoms with any disorders or illness , until discussed with particularly only Psychiatrist. Avoid seeing information from Google as it will misguide you and scare you. Try to meditate  or exercise for 20 mins daily Take sleep of 7 to 8 hrs daily. Take balanced diet. Take care. ** Have a safe peaceful day **
