Anxiety and wierd sensations
Hello Doctor. Lately I'm getting new symptoms which I relate to anxiety and panic attacks. I had symptoms before like muscle twitching, buzzing sensation in hands and legs, headache etc. Lately I feel new things like pulsating sensations in the head, and I feel internal vibrations like shaking especially in the head. I don't know whether I'm really getting this or not but I'm really not unable to explain the kind of sensations that I'm actually feeling. It's happening only when I lie down to sleep. Even like kind of adrenaline rush or surge suddenly with some energy that awakens me from sleep. Many doctors assured me I have anxiety before. But I tend to get new symptoms which is really depressing me. Are these internal vibrations really caused by anxiety ? Please help... please !!! :( ( I undergone many tests which came out normal ).

I understand ur difficulties. U seem to have prominent panic attacks and generalised anxiety. Sweating, palpitations, breathing difficulty are the bodily symptoms of anxiety. Anxiety makes a person lose his confidence, reduces his concentration and potential and dull his ability to think. V would need to know a few more details like ur sleep, frequency, other situations that might make u anxious etc to give appropriate suggestions. Dont worry, it's not ur fault. Anxiety occurs due to chemical imbalance in the brain. Ur problem can be easily treated with counselling and if needed medications. U will be able to function better with it. Don't let ur problems affect ur personal or professional help. U need to consult a psychiatrist. U can also consult me online through the Practo chat option. Best wishes for speedy recovery!!
