Hello Doctor. I had my first panic attack in Dec 2016 when I smoked weed. Since then my life changed and I'm diagnosed with health anxiety and had many symptoms like muscle twitches, tremors, buzzing, headaches etc. But I stopped all my bad habits and started accepting my symptoms and I'm feeling better since two months. But lately I'm getting a new symptom. Whenever I'm walking I feel like I'm on a boat or I feel unbalanced since one week. Even I feel like my brain is foggy and seriously I can't explain this symptom. It's really scary. All my medical reports are normal. Please help me. Is this symptom really anxiety related ? Please help. I smoke once a week and don't drink at all.

What you have described above is a typical case of an anxiety disorder being unmasked after consuming cannabis..there are many patients who present like this..
So basically you have an underlying anxiety disorder and the new symptoms that you have described are a part of that phenomenology only..u should definitely seek psychiatric help for ur condition..

Smoking weed can cause anxiety symptoms. It has also been associated with depersonalization- derealization disorder.
Symptoms of depersonalization:
Feelings that you're an outside observer of your thoughts, feelings, your body or parts of your body â for example, as if you were floating in air above yourself; The sense that your body, legs or arms appear distorted, enlarged or shrunken, or that your head is wrapped in cotton
Derealization symptoms :
Feelings of being alienated from or unfamiliar with your surroundings â for example, like you're living in a movie or a dream
Feeling emotionally disconnected from people you care about, as if you were separated by a glass wall
Surroundings that appear distorted, blurry, colorless, two-dimensional or artificial, or a heightened awareness and clarity of your surroundings
These symptoms can be really disturbing
First assess urself for aatypical depression, anxiety
