I have facing using like lack of concentration, irregular heartbeat, sometimes heartbeat pumping very fast even i can hear. Difficulty in remember anything. Due to this i m lacking my confidence level. Fear in speech in public which was not previously. Please advice if anyone can do.

It's been few years that I am dealing with insomnia and hypersomnia, one after another. I have a habit of being in denial and not facing any issues on my own. It's been 9 months since I broke up but I am still obsessed about my ex. It was a very toxic relationship where he used to gaslight me every time and probably that's what made me have crazy. I used to do things which I wouldn't have done in my right state of mind. I am having lot of stress about my job as well since there is no job security right now with me.

I have been living with my in laws due to covid. I feel I am being indirectly blamed for everything. I am dog lover and like playing with dogs,their dog recently became lazy I am being blamed for that too. They say the dog used to be very active I spoiled the dog's behaviour. same things are repeatedly fed into my mind which makes me annoyed.My mom place is also not supportive. My husband too scolds me for silly reasons.i feel like being choked.i am already under pressure due to the fertility treatment I am undergoing.sometimes I feel my heads gona burst and I ll die.pls help

Good Morning. I am having a strange hyperactive panic type mind during sleep which wake me up and then i can't sleep. Its a strange new thing starting happening with me. I have started meditating few months ago. Can this be a side effect of meditation. If yes how can i reverse this.😥

We need a serious psychologist help as I am married to a narcissistic person, the one is never wrong, needs admiration 24/7, no empathy whatsoever, tells lie, everything that a NPD does, it is so bad that I am having anxiety attacks whenever the NPD is ready to bring heat on, once I initiated to love this person but now I feel nothing at all as she has destroyed all the efforts and feeling inside me, even had put up a false legal action against us.
