I keep searching for all diseases and their symptoms on the internet and worry for no reason... I can't even get a decent sleep and I an anxious

Hi sir I'm suffering from low mood disorder symptoms like low concentration, to much worry, rapid heart beat ,always tired ,feeling sad, easily getting frustrated please help me I have the problem from childhood

I had a break up 2 months back. It's a 6 long years of relationship. Every now and then we had small petty arguments but we were doing well after a break in between for a year. He is unstable and he is not yet settled in his career. Never pressurized him for marriage, supported him through out in all his thick and thin. Out of no where he suddenly stops talking and doesn't even try to contact me. After 20 days he comes and tells that he has made a decision to step back and break up for my happiness, where he didn't even feel that my decision is important. And then he tells me to make a choice, and then he asks for a break to settle in his life, to sort his issues at home and make up his career, but instead  starts hanging out with frnds and least bothered about me and even forgot what for he has asked this break for. it hurts a lot when he is not even making efforts . Not even contacted me once in this 2 months,  I'm unable to get over and it hurts me a lot. Having sucidial thoughts.

Married since 11 yrs. have 8 yo daughter. Complicated relationships, in the distant & recent past, leading me into chronic depression, have consulted docs earlier as well, however never had long lasting relief. Presently I am facing loneliness, depression, grief, sadness, recently feeling panic attacks, heart pounding, high pulse rate, even body shaking, overthinking, mood swings, distracted from family life, work life, sleeplessness, depending on liquor more and more + medicines prescribed, helps in short term and I am back to square 1 once I am awake. Sleeping through the day and night seems like only remedy..feels like better if I die..very very unhappy in life, neither here nor there. I used to be regular at gym workouts, however due to corona everything shut down and due to rainy weather in pune, unable to even go out and walk. Yoda/ meditation/ home workouts don't interest me and i am gaining weight due to all this situation. Need urgent help!!!

Is there any proper treatment available for depersonalization and derealization disorder? Suffering from last 10 months , my psychiatrist tried  all SSRIs but no use! Please help me,if there is any treatment available ! This thing is totally destroying my life. I am unable do anything properly.

Im using paroxetine 12.5 from past 7 month now i decided to withdrawal by tempering does 1/4 for 15 days and then half of 12.5 2 weeks after 2 weeks of half paroxetine i stopped now today is 3 day and symptoms are nervousness, and headache Please advice what should now i do and i did tempering every carefully still why get symptoms or also tell how long this symptoms remain, and time to gone

My son 23 yrs old cries and argue over small things. He is angry and moody everytimes. Sleeps at 1 o clock at night. We provide him with many counselling sessions yet no change. Morever he cause others harm physically and mentally. Any way to change him?

My husband gets angry for everything, a simple question triggers him and he starts yelling. He doesn't realize he is yelling or angry... One time he will be happy and caring but other time he yells scolds and gets physical, even if i cry it doesn't affect him, he uses demeaning words for me and its pushing me into depression.. i feel stuck and want to leave him... 10 years he is like this.. i feel like leaving or ending myself... whom to approach for his anger issue please guide... thank you

Is there any cure for schizophrenia? my elder brother is on medication more than 20 years...he is currently on schizopin and soltus. Now he is becoming very weak by this medicine he is loosing muscle and weight. Is there any alternative to this medicine? Is there any best alternative option to cure..
